Final Provisions

Product quality guarantee

According to the Civil Code, the Seller guarantees the quality of the goods in all cases (warranty according to the law). For buyers, this provision is established in the Civil Code.

The Civil Code establishes two types of product warranty - statutory warranty valid for two years from the date of purchase of the product, and contractual or commercial (quality) warranty , which is considered an additional warranty, is provided by the Seller in addition to the warranty according to the law. Thus, according to the CC, the Buyer (consumer) has the right to apply to the Seller for goods of inadequate quality within two years from the date of delivery of the goods (item).

The buyer (user) must notify the Seller about non-compliance with product quality requirements no later than two months from the date of detection of the non-compliance. The obligation to prove that the Buyer (user) has missed this deadline rests with the Seller.
