Return policy

The Buyer can return or exchange the Goods within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery or collection of the goods;

The returned product must be unused, undamaged, in the same configuration as the Buyer received it, its usable properties have been preserved and it has not lost its commercial appearance;

If the product was delivered in damaged packaging, and if the packaging of the product was not opened or used, then such product can be returned. The returned product must be in its original packaging and with all its accessories.

When returning a defective product, the courier costs are paid by the Seller. When returning a quality product, shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.

The money paid will be returned to the bank account indicated by the Buyer within 14 days from the day of returning the goods.
When returning the product, it is necessary to present the purchase document.

When returning the wrong product, the Seller undertakes to replace such product with the required product. If the required item is not available, all money (for the item and the actual shipping costs incurred) will be returned to the Buyer.

When a defective product is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective product with a similar product or refund the Buyer.

The exchange and return of goods of suitable and unsuitable quality is regulated by the Civil Code and Retail Trade Rules (Retail Trade Rules, approved by Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on June 11, 2001).

The Civil Code states that the Buyer (consumer) has the right, without specifying a reason and without incurring costs other than those specified in the article of the Civil Code, within fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract or a contract concluded off-premises, except for the exceptions provided for in the Civil Code.

Cosmetic goods can be exchanged or returned only with the consent of the Seller, after purchasing them in a physical store.

In accordance with the provisions of Clause 25 of the Retail Trade Rules, the goods sold to the Buyer (consumer) according to consumer purchase-sale remote or off-premises contracts are returned in accordance with the procedure established by the Civil Code.

The buyer's (consumer's) right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to contracts for packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Since the goods sold in the skyhigh.lt online store are not included in the list of Perishable products, Buyers (users) have the right to refuse a distance contract for these goods in accordance with the procedure established in the Articles of the Civil Code . The right of withdrawal from a distance contract applies to all goods, except for the list of exceptions specified in the Civiliniame Code.
