According to the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Seller undertakes to deliver the goods by handing them over to the Buyer or transferring their control to the Buyer no later than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract (if the parties do not agree otherwise).
If the Seller has not delivered the Buyer goods within the term specified in the contract or the Civil Code, the Buyer submits a demand to deliver the goods within an additional reasonable term, taking into account the circumstances. . If the Buyer does not agree to wait, in accordance with the procedure established by the Civil Code, he has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract and recover (as soon as possible) the money paid. , it is considered that the items in the package are in order.
The goods are delivered only in the territory of the European Union and are sent to the address specified by the Customer when submitting the Order.
